The Pacamara variety is the creation of the Salvadoran Institute for Coffee Research in 1958, the result of a cross between the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties.
It goes through a washed process, a cup that tastes of Chocolate, sweet balanced and citric with a clean and juicy body, you can say its Pacamara for the size and shape of the cherry, and the taste provide you with the first bitter then sweet tickling your tong.
